AV-Comparitives Advance+ Award 2011:

K7 produced respectable malware detection results in which it was tested by AV Comparatives, receiving awards in all the tests it was subjected to. It did particularly well in the Proactive and PUA test, and got the highest score in the Performance Test, thus winning the ADVANCED + for Overall Performance. AV-Comparatives is a leading independent security software ratings organisation.

CheckMark Platinum Certification:

The Checkmark Platinum Product Award is unique in security product testing and accreditation in that it is only awarded to those vendor products that are committed to the highest level of performance validation - Real Time testing in an ever changing threat landscape. Checkmark certification is a highly regarded performance evaluation measure provided by West Coast Labs. It is based on several tests and includes performance and functionality related product reviews done by a group of experienced Senior IT Security Professionals with proven expertise in Security Industry, to ensure that the product standards are accurate and meet the real world end-user requirements.

VB100 Award:

VB100 accreditation is awarded by Virus Bulletin (VB), a widely recognized, independent anti-malware testing body which carries out comparative testing of Antivirus Products. Testing is based on the Wild list virus detection rates, scanning speed, false-positives and other measures of effectiveness. An award means that the product can provide adequate protection to the User's PC.

AV-Test Certification:

K7 TotalSecurity 11.1 produced impressive results in tests conducted by AV-Test.org, an independent German research center. K7 TotalSecurity 11 successfully passed the latest test done on Nov-Dec/2011 and received AV-Test certification in recognition of its Protection, Repair and Usability.

Microsoft Windows Vista Certified:

K7 TotalSecurity is certified for use with Windows Vista, which ensures compatibility with 32-bit and 64-bit Windows Vista editions. The product is also tested independently for performance and whether it meets privacy standards set by Anti-Spyware Coalition, as well as for functionality and reliability on Windows Vista powered PCs.

CSA Certification:

ICSA Labs is an internationally recognised provider of certification for PC security software. ICSA testing and certification is designed to enhance and improve security implementations of both network and Internet computing, which will in turn improve commercial security and its use of appropriate security products, services, policies, techniques, and procedures. ICSA Labs has certified K7 under the Desktop and Server Anti-Virus Detection categories as compliant with their set standards. ICSA labs continuously tests for latest virus updates and other malware applications. This adds additional trust and ensures the highest standards in virus and malware detection.

TUV Certification:

TUV Certification is awarded by Tekit Consult Bonn GmbH / T'V Saarland Group. TUV certification involves rigorous testing of the applications for which the component is designed. It includes verification that the device satisfies the strictest European regulations for the industry in which the component was designed for and ensures the component specifications are stated correctly. This certification is provided only if 100% of wild list viruses is detected along with performance of virus scan, false positives, regular updates and firewall performance.
